often people don’t want to be there while we clear the house, which we completely understand. losing a loved one is difficult and we will approach each clearance with care and respect. if you don’t wish to be there we’ll collect the keys or meet you at the property to let us in and we will simply give you a call once its completed. if you choose you don’t want to be there, we will take a list of everything you’d like to stay (if anything) and it will be shared with our team to guarantee its left behind.

if your not local to the area where the house clearance is needed, this is not a problem. we can collect the keys from solicitors, estate agents, family members etc and provide you with a quote via email. once the clearance is completed we will provide a video walk through showing that everything has been cleared from the property and left in a tidy manor.

if you don’t wish to have any involvement at all we can work with your solicitor to get the property cleared. when someone passes there is so much to think about and it can be very overwhelming and difficult to know where to stand. we work closely with solicitors of people who either don’t wish to clear it themselves or sadly have no family to sort it for them. if this is the case leave it to the solicitors to get in touch with us and we”ll take it from there.
